Applications of Diabola Shot Blasting Machine
Surface Cleaning: Removes rust, mill scale, and welding slag from metal pipes and tubes before coating or painting.
Surface Preparation: Creates a rough surface profile for better paint, powder coating, or galvanizing adhesion.
Deburring: Eliminates sharp edges and burrs from cylindrical components.
Corrosion Protection: Prepares pipes for anti-corrosion coatings, enhancing durability.
Oil & Gas Industry: Cleans pipes used in drilling and pipeline systems.
Shipbuilding and Marine: Prepares tubular structures and components for marine applications.
Construction: Cleans and prepares steel tubes used in scaffolding and building structures.
Manufacturing: Used in production lines for continuous cleaning of round bars and shafts.
The pipe is kept on the inward side of the screw conveyor unit in the steel pipe cleaning diabola shot blasting machine or pipe descaling equipment. The pipes are placed in the pipe shot blasting machine work chamber. The work chamber contains two bottom-mounted blast wheel stations that fireabrasivemedia from the revolving pipe's bottom side. While passing through the blast stream area, the pipes were shot blast cleaned appropriately. The pipes emerge from the pipe descaling equipment's output and must be manually removed.
In pipe descaling machinery, the conveyor velocity varies. One opening inlet and one outflow vestibule are provided on the steel pipeshot blasting machine. A curtain is provided to confine escaping abrasive projectiles based on the size of the diabola shot blasting machine and the amount of rubber available. The entire pipe blasting equipment is vented by a strong Pulse Jet type dust collector that is continuously running.
The diabola shot blasting machine is designed for the inline cleaning of LPG cylinders' external surfaces. The diabola shot blasting machine is easy to use and maintain, with the operator merely loading and unloading the cylinders on rotating diabola rollers. Steel shots are used to clean the shot blasting room. Blasting is necessary on the external surfaces of metallic LPG cylinders to remove rust and corrosion and prepare the surface for thermal coating and painting.
The diabolic roller arrangement, two high-speed blasting wheels, shot recovery and cleaning system, dry dust collection unit, and control panels are all included in the diabola shot blasting machine. The machine is designed to function continuously.

A diabola shot blasting machine is designed to clean and prepare the surfaces of cylindrical components such as pipes, tubes, and bars. It uses high-speed abrasive blasting wheels to remove rust, scale, and contaminants efficiently.
The diabola shot blasting machine uses specially positioned shot blasting wheels that direct abrasive media toward the rotating cylindrical components. Diabola rollers hold and rotate the pipes, ensuring uniform surface treatment.
The hanger type shot blasting machine is one of the most widely used and versatile machines in the surface preparation industry. Unlike other blasting systems, this machine is designed with overhead conveyor hooks or hangers that hold the components during the blasting process.
The table type shot blasting machine is one of the most reliable and widely used machines in the surface preparation industry. It is specifically designed to clean, polish, strengthen, and prepare a wide variety of components before further processing such as painting, coating, galvanizing, or machining.
A rotary barrel shot blasting machine is one of the most widely used surface preparation machines in the manufacturing industry. It is specifically designed for cleaning, descaling, deburring, and surface finishing of small to medium-sized workpieces.
A tumblast shot blasting machine is a type of shot blasting equipment designed to clean, descale, and polish bulk materials like castings, forgings, automotive parts, and small-to-medium-sized metal components.
A stone shot blasting machine is specialized blasting equipment designed to create roughness, anti-skid textures, decorative finishes, or cleaning effects on the surface of natural and artificial stones. By using controlled abrasive blasting, this machine enhances the aesthetic appeal, durability, and performance of stone products.
A shot peening machine is a specialized surface treatment system used to improve the mechanical properties of metals by bombarding their surfaces with high-velocity spherical media, commonly known as shots. Unlike standard blasting techniques, the goal of shot peening is not just surface cleaning but inducing compressive residual stresses to enhance fatigue strength, resistance to stress corrosion, and overall durability of the component.
